efforts and serves as Principal-in-Charge
on selected interdisciplinary projects. With over 30 years of experience
in both the public and private sector, James specializes in providing
strategic planning and implementation for development, redevelopment,
and planning projects involving multiple agencies and jurisdictions.
Drawing on his diverse career experiences, James brings a wealth of
knowledge of the public process. He is adept at working on all levels
of government and private enterprise on real estate development projects,
campus plans, downtown plans, urban design projects, major public
works projects, city planning, parks and open space, and economic
development projects.
