Debra Witherspoon, a Vice President at Gideon Toal brings more than 20 years experience in office management, human resources and accounting to her position in Business Administration . Ms. Witherspoon's expertise is utilized in overseeing all accounting functions, human resources, financial management, banking and insurance needs of Gideon Toal, Inc. In addition to the business management, Ms. Witherspoon is involved in the daily operations from facilities management to administrative staff utilization.

Ms. Witherspoon actively participates in community support of the design industry from co-chairing the Canstruction event benefitting the Tarrant Area Food Bank, repeatedly participating in the Tool Box Bash for Habitat for Humanity to working with the local chapter of Society for Design Administrators on many different levels.
