Master plan and facility plan for Camp Carter, a 300 acre YMCA camp facility on the Trinity River. The site involved a wide range of terrain and vegetation types. Recommendations included lake expansion, trail development, cabin development and renovation, retreat center, athletic fields, swimming facilities, conservation and nature study areas, equestrian center, activity areas, access and parking issues.
