Fort Worth Zoo Commissary Fort Worth, Texas Gideon Toal provided design services for a new 8,000 sf commissary used to purchase and distribute food for all the animals in the Zoo’s collection. The facility includes a large grain storage, a walk-in freezer, loading dock, industrial dishwasher and vertical cutter. A centralized diet preparation operation, bulk storage space and food handling equipment provides efficient services for the Zoo. |
