Intermodal Transportation Center
Fort Worth, Texas
The Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC) is the first phase of a
commuter rail system linking Dallas, Fort Worth and DFW International
Airport. The ITC serves as the hub for passengers changing transportation
modes between city bus service, Amtrak rail service, excursion rail,
future high speed rail, and inter-city commercial bus carriers. Gideon
Toal provided architecture and structural engineering services for
this 31,000 sf facility which includes a main terminal building, 5
story clock tower and canopies.
