Kukio Golf Clubhouse Fort Worth, Texas Gideon Toal served as Production Architect for this high-end golf clubhouse in Hawaii. The project consists of a unique golf clubhouse of approximately 15,000 s.f. in the Kukio private oceanfront club and residential community. kukio is located in the Kailua-Kona district and is the first and only private equity Golf and Beach club on Hawaii’s Big Island. The clubhouse will serve the only Tom Fazio-designed golf course on the Big Island and in the state of Hawaii. |
