This 4-story project includes Class A office space with retail configurations at the ground floor situated on a prime downtown site that terminates three separate view corridors.  The building is designed to extend the classic architectural vocabulary of the existing high rise office building yet create an individual presence for the lead tenant who will occupy the two top floors of the building.
Exterior materials include well-articulated architectural precast concrete, stone and window wall systems configured to enhance views, maximize daylight harvesting and present a Class A corporate office appearance.
