Gideon Toal was retained by The City of Arlington to develop a Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) for Glorypark. Glorypark is an unprecedented mix of high-quality retail organically intertwined with restaurant, residential, office, hotel, and leisure space. The development will be accented by two major sporting venues, home to the Texas Rangers and coming in 2009, The Dallas Cowboys.

• The TIRZ Plan outlines funding $116 million of needed public infrastructure.
• The TIRZ includes a 1/2% City of Arlington sales tax contribution.
