Gideon Toal was retained by Cypress Equities to conduct planning, economic development, and architectural services for the development of 950,000 square feet of mixed use space including residential, retail, office, and hotel space located at West 7th and University in Fort Worth, Texas. 

Responsibilities Included:
• site planning
• site rezoning
• architecture
• incentive negotiations

The $32 million in public incentives consisted of:
• 15 year City Program 380 Tax Rebate from real, personal and sales tax
