Gideon Toal was retained by Trademark Properties to assist with the development of a mixed use project incorporating an existing office product, vacant city property and the addition of new retail, office, hotel, and structured parking.

The public incentives consisted of:
• $12 million through a 15-year City Program 380 Tax Rebate from real, personal property and sales tax.
