The Graduate Program for Nurse Anesthesia is one of the flagship programs at Texas Wesleyan University. The building program includes simulation labs, classrooms, offices, and a seminar room used for distance learning.

The building is located on the edge of the campus abutting a residential neighborhood. Care was taken to break down the scale of the building as well as providing a landscape buffer. The materials are drawn from other campus buildings and include Texas limestone, brick, galvanized steel, and laminated wood decking.
