    I-35 Corridor Design Standards
Fort Worth, Texas

The I-35W North Corridor Development Guidelines apply to an approximately 1,500 ft. wide corridor of I-35W from Meacham Blvd. to Highway 171. This 20 mile corridor includes many of Fort Worth's most prominent business parks and businesses including Mercantile Center, Fossil Creek, BNSF Corporate Headquarters, Cabela's, Alliance Airport, and Texas Motor Speedway. The purpose of the I-35W Development Guidelines is to improve the aesthetic character and ensure the economic sustainability of development along the I-35W corridor by creating a framework for new development, focusing on gateways/entry points, signage, building orientation, parking, setbacks, storm water management, architecture, landscaping, and lighting.
