A master land use plan, transportation plan, and open space / recreation plan for the area in and around the City of Ladonia associated with Lake Ralph Hall.  The scope of this work will generally extend from County Road 3380 on the west to  County Road 904 on the east of the proposed lake, which includes the Greater Ladonia area. The plan will become a guide to the City, County, and UTRWD to assure the affected lands can be developed for the optimum economic, quality of life, and environmental benefits to citizens of Ladonia and the surrounding areas.
