Trinity River Vision

This comprehensive Master Plan encompasses 88 miles of the Trinity River throughout all quadrants of Tarrant County and major tributaries of Mary’s Creek, Marine Creek and Sycamore Creek. The plan focuses on conservation, water/environmental quality, open space and beautification, recreation, complementary land uses, linkages to neighborhoods, and an urban waterfront with a new dam and bypass channel in the downtown area. Gideon Toal provided the following services: planning, public meetings, consensus building, workshops, design, phasing, implementation and funding strategies.
