Watters Creek, the Market Street project, in Allen, Texas, is a mixed-use center on land that once belonged to the historic Montgomery Farm. The owners of the Montgomery Farm required that the development would be environmentally sensitive, with the goal of preserving trees and natural elements. In keeping with this vision, an existing creek will become a water feature through center of project.
