This 63 unit townhome project is located on a triangular site which is bounded by a residential neighborhood, a commercial strip, and a cemetery. The three story buildings were sited so as to maintain the urban street edge while also preserving as the large live oaks along the street. All of the parking is hidden within the property; each unit has a front door facing the sidewalk as well as vehicular access on the interior side.
