Caceria Building

This seven-story office building sits on a 50’ x 100’ site in downtown Fort Worth.  The new building will house multiple tenants and needed expansion space for the owner, whose corporate offices are in an adjacent structure built in the 1940s.  The concrete-frame building is clad in Texas Limestone, granite and brick and respects the early 20th century downtown Fort Worth fabric and architecture.
