Redevelopment of landmark office buildings into a mixed use facility.  The south tower will have 156 luxury condominium units and amenities.  Second Street connection will be restored and will have a strong residential feel.  The north tower will become class A office space and will include a new entry plaza and additional parking.  The Central block will have ground level retail and 650 parking spaces and a future phase condominium tower.
