Gideon Toal is currently working on a new Jail Facility for Tarrant County located in downtown Fort Worth.  This new facility will house approximately 430 high security inmate beds; jail kitchen; Sheriff’s Department property room, staff area, public visitation; and Skybridge and tunnel connection to the Corrections Center.  The project also includes modifications to the existing Corrections Center including new security control room, new electronic fire alarm system and security system; renovations to existing kitchen to convert area to holding cells, laundry workroom and commissary.
