This is the remodeling of an existing downtown 432-room hotel across from the Fort Worth Water Gardens.  The exterior is getting a new stucco façade and new glazing, along with new streetscape paving, lighting, landscape, and fountain entry feature.  The interior guest rooms and public spaces will be remodeled as well.
