This new mixed-use project enjoys a prime location along Fort Worth’s booming West Seventh corridor and across University Drive from the renouned Modern Art Museum.  Gideon Toal has been involved in master planning the site, originally the Acme Brick headquarter complex, and has now been retained as architects for two of the project’s five blocks. 

The southeast block is comprised of a 150-room hotel with condominiums, with ground floor restaurants and an associated parking structure.  The northwest block will have ground floor retail with seven floors of condominiums above along with an associated parking structure.  The condos will enjoy dramatic vistas of Fort Worth’s downtown skyline to the east and the cultural district to the southwest.  Construction will begin the August of 2007 with opening planned for the fall of 2009.
