Two City Place was the first of two landmark office buildings to be transformed into a mixed-use facility. The southern tower, One City Place, was slated to have 156 luxury condominium units and amenities. Two City Place, the north tower, was renovated into Class A office space and includes a new entry plaza and additional parking. In ground-floor retail space is a new two-level sandwich shop with full-height storefront glass, inviting in downtown pedestrians. An urban park was carved out of the space once occupied by a failing shopping center.
