WestBend is a new mixed use development along the Trinity River in Fort Worth’s near the Fort Worth Zoo and TCU. The design takes advantage of spectacular river views and river trail access for 90,000 square feet of specialty retail and restaurants, a 140-room lifestyle hotel, and 122,600 square feet of Class A office space, including redevelopment of an existing office building. The project is being designed to LEED standards.
