Bennett Benner Pettit was retained by Cypress Equities to establish an economic development strategy and negotiate an incentive package for the West Seventh mixed-use development. Our firm prepared an economic impact report and tailored an incentive request totaling $32 million in tax rebates. Following the incentive request, Bennett Benner Pettit iniated an extensive public relations campaign to build support for the project and quell any concerns community members had expressed.
