This project included three separate sections - the two-story medical office building shell and two tenant improvements.  The interior finish-out spaces were done for the Fort Worth Endoscopy Center (9,585 sf), an ambulatory surgical center, and the Gastroenterology Associates of North Texas (12,000 sf), gastrointestinal endoscopy services.
