Desiring a strong public presence, the Trinity River Vision Authority (TRVA) chose a former bank lobby on a prominent corner in downtown Fort Worth for its new office. A large glass storefront facing public streets affords ample opportunity for the TRVA to showcase current and future planning projects.
The space accommodates display areas, conference rooms, offices and support spaces for the TRVA and has a vibrant urban feel highlighted by exposed concrete columns and metallic ceiling panels. Film composed of layered geometric forms provides privacy for the offices while adding visual interest. Strong, rich finishes with striking accent colors are accentuated by the distinctive lighting. All of these elements work to make a dynamic environment in this small space.
