Working with the City of Fort Worth and the Southside/Medical District TIF, a public/private partnership was drafted by Bennett Benner Pettit to facilitate the development of two new hotels, medical office space, a parking garage and retail on an underutilized brownfield site near the heart of downtown Fort Worth. Incentives included more than $7.8 million worth of public infrastructure assistance.
