Working in partnership with the City of Euless an innovative public/private partnership was developed to facilitate the development of the stalled Glade Parks mixed-use development. The partnership included the implementation of a TIF district and a Public Improvement District (PID) to backstop the initial $2 million of municipal bonds for public infrastructure. It is anticipated that the partnership will continue over the coming years to finance a total of $12.1 million of municipal bonds for public infrastructure.
