Bennett Benner Pettit was retained by the city of Arlington to develop a Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) Preliminary Financing Plan for the development of 2.8 million square feet of mixed-use development. The development is accented by two major sporting venues, the homes of the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys. Bennett Benner Pettit prepared the financial information necessary to implement the project and financing plan and underwrite the City of Arlington’s issuance of bonds for public infrastructure improvements.
