Created by Bennett Benner Pettit, the Trinity River Vision is a comprehensive master plan for 88 miles of the Trinity River throughout all quadrants of Tarrant County and major tributaries of Mary’s Creek, Marine Creek and Sycamore Creek. The plan focuses on conservation, water and environmental quality, open space and beautification, recreation, complementary land uses, linkages to neighborhoods, and an urban waterfront with a new dam and bypass channel in the downtown area.
