Bennett Benner Pettit has worked in conjunction with the Trinity River Vision Authority to create Trinity Uptown™, a bold new waterfront development plan. The plan aims to revitalize an 800-acre area north of downtown Fort Worth with a combination of public improvements and private development. Its goal is to provide a vibrant, stimulating environment in which families can live, work, shop, play and learn.
Trinity Uptown is a product of the Trinity River Vision, which encompasses 88 miles of the Trinity River in Fort Worth. Bennett Benner Pettit led the planning effort for the Trinity River Vision, thus leading to the Trinity Uptown Plan. Currently, Bennett Benner Pettit is working with the City of Fort Worth Planning Department to create the Trinity Uptown Development Standards and Guidelines. This public process has been led by a mayor-appointed Citizens Advisory Committee and Working Group.
